The coaching series enables a new look at one‘s own personality and thus becomes the starting point for real, sustainable further development, both for the manager himself and for the company as a whole. The reflection on the leadership role as well as on one‘s own personality is described by the participants as extremely effective for their leadership responsibilities.

  • The coaching series, which lasts a total of 10 hours, is usually spread over a period of 3 to 4 months so that there is enough time for reflection between sessions.
    The sessions can be delivered as face-to-face sessions or alternatively as online coaching.
